Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Revenue Cycle manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management of all Revenue Cycle Management functions, including Client Registration, Financial Intake (Authorizations), Billing and collections of patient records. This role requires a highly organized and detail -oriented individual with strong leadership and communication skills. The Manager will work with the Sr. Director to develop and implement strategies to optimize operational workflows, enhance employee performance and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent education and experience required.
- Seven years of relevant experience in a healthcare revenue cycle setting with a minimum of 5 years in management or leadership role in a health care setting.
