Position Overview
 
Dwight Global Online School, which was recently named the #1 best online high school in the United States by niche.com . Dwight Global Online School is seeking an experienced and innovative history teacher to teach two virtual classes, beginning November 30 at the start of Trimester 2. 
 
Classes:

- Advanced Placement (AP) United States History ; class held Monday and Wednesday 8:00 - 8:55 PM
- European History ; class held Monday and Wednesday 6:00 - 6:45 PM
 
The ideal candidate is a flexible and innovative team player with a gift for igniting the spark of genius in online students around the world.  The person should have experience teaching history to both middle and high school students. Though this position is remote, the teacher may be located anywhere, and the teacher must be available during the established class time listed above .
 
Qualifications
 
- Undergraduate and/or Graduate degree in History, or a related field preferred
- At least three years of experience teaching middle and/or high school level learners
- Experience working, teaching, and collaborating online preferred
