Service Advisor Assistant / Lot Porter Job Responsibilities

- Assist Service Advisors with daily customer service and administrative tasks

- Greet customers and help direct them through the service process

- Move, park, and organize customer vehicles on dealership property

- Maintain the appearance and organization of the service drive and lot

- Shuttle vehicles between departments as needed

- Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures

- Support service department operations to ensure efficient workflow

- Perform vehicle inspections and document basic vehicle information

- Strong customer service and communication skills
