At RW&CO., we're looking for a Senior Merchandise Buyer – Outerwear & Accessories to lead two exciting growth categories and a team of four.

This is an opportunity for a strategic, product-driven leader who knows how to balance creativity with commercial performance. You'll shape the assortment strategy, build strong vendor partnerships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring compelling collections to life.

We're looking for someone who leads with positivity, embraces change, and knows how to bring out the best in their team while keeping the customer at the heart of every decision.

What You'll Do

- Own the vision: Build and execute winning strategies for Outerwear and Accessories, identifying opportunities to grow the business and elevate the customer experience.
- Curate the assortment: Lead assortment planning and product development, bringing together trends, customer insights, quality, and commercial performance.
- Lead and inspire: Guide, coach, and develop a team of four, fostering a positive, collaborative environment where people can grow and perform at their best.
- Share your expertise: Coach your team on buying best practices, strategic decision-making, assortment planning, and business performance.
- Build strong partnerships: Develop strategic vendor relationships, lead negotiations, and drive the right balance of product, quality, cost, and profitability.
- Drive the business: Own category performance, analyze results, and turn insights into opportunities for growth.
- Connect the dots: Collaborate closely with Design, Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and E-commerce to bring a cohesive product vision to life.
- Champion positive change: Bring fresh ideas, encourage new ways of thinking, and help your team navigate change with confidence and adaptability.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

- 8+ years of experience in fashion buying or merchandising, ideally with expertise in Outerwear or Accessories.
- Experience leading and coaching teams, with a passion for helping people grow and succeed.
- A great eye for product, strong commercial instincts, and a customer-first mindset.
- Strong assortment planning, product development, and vendor negotiation skills.
- Confidence working with financials, sales trends, and category performance to drive results.
- A positive, collaborative leadership style, with curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence others.
- Bilingual in French and English to collaborate with international suppliers and partners.
