How you’ll make an impact in this role

- Researches and sources candidates to fill open requisitions using technology based search techniques and establishes external relationships.
- Consults with hiring managers to clarify specific job objectives, requirements and preferences.
- Performs local and nationwide targeted searches, generates candidate leads and develops lists of potential candidates.
- Works with HR and Compensation to identify salary offer guidelines and extend offers to candidates.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education and Work Experience:

- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:

- Minimum of five years of recent healthcare Talent Acquisition experience.
- Must be local to the area and able to travel to hiring events, schools, universities, and other locations as needed.
- Experience using Google Workspace and its applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and community partners.
- Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn, adapt to changing priorities and processes, and continuously develop skills and knowledge.
