Medior Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer / Consultant

We are currently looking for a dedicated Medior Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer / Consultant to join our growing Identity & Access Management (IAM) practice.

Main Responsibilities

• Deployment & Configuration: Execute the technical deployment, configuration, and integration of enterprise PAM solutions, with a primary focus on Wallix.

• Design Contribution: Collaborate with Senior Architects to translate client requirements into functional Low-Level Designs (LLD) tailored to complex, multi-layered environments.

• System Integration: Seamlessly integrate PAM solutions with existing client IT infrastructures, including Active Directory, SIEM, MFA, ticketing systems, and target endpoints.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing PAM deployments to ensure continuous high availability and optimal security posture.

• Consulting & Advisory: Engage with technical stakeholders at the client side to understand their security operational needs and validate PAM use cases.

• Documentation: Produce comprehensive technical documentation, operational runbooks, and transition-to-operations guides for client handover.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest features of Wallix and general IAM trends. Leverage any existing CyberArk knowledge to support broader practice initiatives when required.

Skills, Competencies & Requirements

• Experience Level: Around 3 to 5 years of professional experience in IT systems, networking, or cybersecurity, with a proven track record of working with PAM solutions.

• Language Proficiency: Dutch and English are mandatory (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with our local and international clients. Fluency in French is an optional but highly valued asset.

• Technical Expertise: Strong, hands-on proficiency in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Wallix is required.

• The "Plus" Factor: Knowledge or certifications in CyberArk are considered a strong plus. While Wallix is the core focus, versatility in the PAM space is highly rewarded.

• Systems & Network Knowledge: Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including Windows/Linux server administration, Active Directory/LDAP, and basic networking protocols.

• Consulting Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse operational teams.

• Clearance: Must be eligible for standard security clearances (e.g., NATO / EU Secret) as required by Thales' critical client base.
