# The Role
The National Deployment & Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for orchestrating the scheduling and logistical coordination of Majestic’s national field operations. This role brings together technicians, vehicles, equipment, venues, clients, and internal teams to ensure installations, event deployments, deliveries, removals, and planned field projects are coordinated efficiently across the country.
You’ll own the centralized scheduling process, anticipate logistical challenges, and keep multiple moving pieces organized so regional teams can focus on field execution, technician development, and quality. The ideal person naturally thinks like a logistics puzzle solver, communicates confidently with internal and external partners, and takes ownership of keeping operations moving.
What You’ll Own
National Field Team Scheduling
- Own and maintain weekly schedules for regional field operations teams across the country.
- Coordinate installations, event deployments, pickups, deliveries, maintenance projects, and other planned field work.
- Plan technician availability, vehicle assignments, equipment readiness, routes, and workloads to maximize operational efficiency.
- Identify scheduling conflicts, capacity gaps, and underutilized resources, escalating needs to Operations leadership.
- Provide regional leads and field technicians with clear assignments, schedules, and job details.
Customer, Venue & Event Coordination
- Coordinate directly with venue partners to schedule booth installations, removals, and planned site visits.
- Confirm site access, loading arrangements, timing, and other operational requirements.
- Coordinate event load-in and load-out details with clients, event planners, and venue contacts.
- Balance customer scheduling needs with technician availability, travel requirements, and operational priorities.
- Communicate schedule changes and logistical updates promptly and professionally.
Transportation, Shipping & Logistics
- Coordinate the movement of photobooths, equipment, and supplies between production, regional offices, venues, and event locations.
- Work with freight carriers, trucking companies, parcel services such as FedEx, and third-party logistics providers.
- Evaluate shipping methods based on cost, timing, destination, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate company van assignments, driving routes, shipment tracking, and delivery deadlines.
- Troubleshoot shipping delays, transportation conflicts, and last-minute logistical challenges.
Internal Coordination & Planning
- Maintain close communication with manufacturing and production teams regarding equipment readiness and completion dates.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, and Events to translate customer commitments into executable schedules.
- Maintain accurate schedules, deployment records, and job instructions in internal systems.
- Look several weeks ahead to anticipate bottlenecks, staffing constraints, and logistical challenges.
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes, coordination practices, and resource utilization as the business scales.
Ideal Candidate
You might be a great fit if you naturally think like a logistics puzzle solver. You can keep multiple moving pieces in mind while maintaining reliable systems, recognize downstream effects when plans change, and enjoy bringing order to complexity. You are just as comfortable speaking with clients as you are coordinating with technicians, regional leads, and transportation providers.
- You are exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- You have a strong understanding of U.S. geography, travel distances, routes, and regional logistics.
- You communicate confidently and tactfully, especially when coordinating schedules with clients and internal teams.
- You take ownership of problems, remain calm when plans change, and follow through until issues are resolved.
- You enjoy working with scheduling platforms, spreadsheets, maps, and digital communication tools.
- You are proactive and naturally look for ways to make operations more efficient and dependable.
- You understand that successful coordination means thinking ahead, communicating clearly, and making sure everyone has what they need to execute.
