About the role
GenLogs is looking for a Partnerships Manager to manage and grow our technology alliance ecosystem, with a focus on Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other technology partners across the logistics industry.
In this role, you'll own relationships with existing technology partners, drive the execution of integrations and joint initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand our partner ecosystem. You'll work closely with teams across Sales, Product, and leadership to ensure our partnerships deliver meaningful value to mutual customers and support GenLogs' broader go-to-market efforts.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, navigating complex organizations, and turning partnership opportunities into tangible business outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to shape how GenLogs works with technology partners as our platform and customer base continue to grow.
What you'll do
- Manage existing partnerships: Own day-to-day relationships with GenLogs' existing TMS and technology partners, serving as the primary point of contact and driving progress across active integrations and partnership initiatives.
- Drive partnership execution: Coordinate cross-functional efforts to move partnerships forward, working with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage priorities, resolve blockers, and keep initiatives on track.
- Identify new partnership opportunities: Build a pipeline of prospective technology partners, prioritizing opportunities based on customer demand, strategic alignment, and potential business impact.
- Develop partner relationships: Build relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and expand the value of existing partnerships.
- Support joint go-to-market initiatives: Partner with Sales and other internal teams to develop and execute co-selling, referral, and co-marketing initiatives that generate awareness and create opportunities with mutual customers.
- Represent GenLogs externally: Attend partner meetings, industry events, and TMS user conferences to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and increase GenLogs' presence across the technology ecosystem.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Product, Sales, and leadership to align on partnership priorities, incorporate customer feedback, and ensure partner initiatives support broader company objectives.
- Track partnership performance: Monitor partnership activity, engagement, and outcomes to understand what is working, identify opportunities for improvement, and help guide future investment.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, technology alliances, business development, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience working within the logistics technology ecosystem, ideally with exposure to TMS platforms, transportation management, freight brokerage, or logistics service providers.
- Experience managing external business relationships and coordinating initiatives across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial instincts and an understanding of how partnerships can support customer acquisition, retention, and broader go-to-market objectives.
- Ability to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities, balancing customer demand, strategic value, and potential business impact.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and taking ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and the ability to move initiatives forward without needing a defined playbook.
