This position is responsible for processing billing transactions and preparing and distributing billing reports. The role includes reviewing and preparing invoices, processing billing adjustments, performing reconciliations, and conducting research as needed to ensure billing accuracy. The position requires strong attention to detail and compliance with established billing processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy of customer and billing records.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Update billing and invoicing information and ensure appropriate supporting documentation is maintained.
- Review customer contracts and pricing information to ensure accurate billing.
- Create and process manual billing entries and validate charges against established customer rates.
- Process transportation and billing records through applicable systems.
- Maintain customer account information and billing requirements across various billing systems.
Qualifications:
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
