Position Summary
Meron Financial Agency is hiring full-time producers to join our remote team. Producers work with people who requested life insurance information and help them choose coverage from 60+ carriers.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold needs-based conversations by phone and Zoom
- Present and compare coverage options
- Submit applications and follow up through approval
- Meet daily activity goals
Training
Full onboarding, a mentor, and ongoing coaching.
Compensation
- 1099, 100% commission, no cap
- Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
- Full-time agents: $100,000 to $300,000+ in year one
- Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses
Qualifications
- Must live in the U.S. (Salt Lake City, UT area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
- Available full time, about 40 hours a week
