What you’ll do:
- Learn our business in the field of pharma ingredients, rotating in various key departments (R&D, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, Sales)
- Work with a great mentor, who will ensure you become the Salesperson you're dreaming to be
- Once your training is completed, a secured Sales Account Manager role with ownership over your own sales territory and the ability to manage and grow your business
What you’ll bring?
- Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in a Science or Business-related discipline.
- Flexibility . Your training will take place in St. Louis, Missouri. After successfully completing the program, we offer you your own territory throughout the US. Relocation may therefore be required after training.
