How you’ll make an impact in this role

- Assists with physician-ordered procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN), or other designated clinical supervisor.
- Provides assistance with personal care, activities of daily living (ADLs), patient transfers, and transportation while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
- Observes and promptly reports changes in patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Maintains clean, safe, and organized patient rooms by identifying potential hazards, recognizing emergencies, and taking appropriate corrective action.
- Provides individualized, population-specific care by addressing the unique needs of assigned patients and ensuring timely, compassionate, and attentive assistance.

### What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Required Credential(s): Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

- Preferred Credential(s): BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
