Job Description:
As an HVAC Install Technician at Josko LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of residents in multi-family & residential properties. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems in multi-family residential properties to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Perform repairs and replacements of HVAC components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and coils.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
- Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to coordinate HVAC service schedules and ensure minimal disruption to residents.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems.
- Categorize and organize inventory to limit unnecessary losses to the company.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC repair and installation preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HVAC service technician, with a focus on multi-family residential properties.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants is a plus.
