As an ANUSA Windshield Dispatcher, you'll coordinate customer appointments, manage repair orders, and ensure timely, accurate service with a focus on exceptional customer experience.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

- Set, confirm, and prepare for appointments with customers so they can have a great service experience.
- Produce Repair Orders for customers, including cost and time estimates, with full transparency.
- Meet or exceed targeted sales goals.
- Look up and order the correct glass for repairs.
- Communicate frequently with technicians and glass vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers.
- Keep track of incoming and outgoing windshields to ensure inventory is accurate and accounted for.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

What are the requirements for this job?

- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organization skills.
- Experience and desire to work with technology.
- Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
