What you'll be doing...

As a Senior Manager, Product Management for Managed Network Services (MNS), you will be an integral leader within the Verizon Business Group Product organization. You will serve as the technical product professional responsible for driving the vision, product strategy, financial model, and end-to-end lifecycle execution of Verizon's global Managed Network Services (MNS) and Virtual Network Services (VNS) portfolios.

This role bridges strategic planning with tactical execution - translating enterprise client needs into scalable product roadmaps while managing strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), BSS/OSS system integrations, and underlying wireline access transport networks (Dedicated Internet Access, EVPL, Private IP/MPLS, SD-WAN, and SASE). You will act as the vital link between Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Legal/Compliance, and Sales, ensuring seamless commercialization, continuous post launch optimization, and market disruptive growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Product Strategy & Vision Alignment: Define the product vision, multi year roadmap, and long term strategic goals for the AI-Native MNS portfolio. Align product strategy with company growth, retention, and revenue objectives while capitalizing on emerging opportunities in 5G, IoT, edge compute, and autonomous network infrastructure.
- Agentic AI Orchestration & Autonomous Workflows: Drive the design, roadmap, and deployment of Agentic AI use cases and autonomous agent frameworks (including AI Insights & AI Connect) within the MNS platform, leveraging agentic orchestration, AI Gateways/Routers, and Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to enable self governing network operations, automated incident remediation, and intelligent context routing.
- AI-Native MNS Architecture & Self-Healing Networks: Lead the evolution toward an AI-Native Managed Network Services architecture by embedding real time machine learning models directly into access and transport network fabrics, enabling predictive self healing infrastructure, dynamic traffic steering, and proactive zero touch provisioning for enterprise customers.
- Digital Twin & AIOps Platform Capabilities: Spearhead the integration of Digital Twin network topology modeling and AIOps predictive analytics into the MNS management suite, allowing enterprise clients to simulate topology changes, benchmark SLA impacts, and execute real time anomaly detection for enhanced operational transparency.
- End-to-End Product Lifecycle Ownership: Own the complete product development lifecycle from ideation, PRD/BRD authoring, and user story definition to commercial launch and post launch iteration. Provide inputs on Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, scrum) to ensure on time feature delivery.
- P&L Ownership & Financial Management: Manage the product P&L for AI-Native Managed Network Services. Proactively track bookings, revenue, attach rates, and margin performance; evaluate cost structures, including Hardware/Cloud Cost (HCL) impacts, cloud orchestration base costs vs. traditional CPE models, and implement corrective actions to meet business targets.
- Enterprise Wireline & Access Network Integration: Oversee product capabilities for enterprise Wireline Networks, including Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Ethernet Virtual Private Line (EVPL), Private IP (MPLS), Managed SD-WAN, SASE, and next-generation transport architectures.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution: Lead the commercialization and GTM strategy for new-to-world MNS features and service tiers. Establish competitive pricing frameworks, clear positioning, and messaging. Partner closely with product marketing and sales enablement to equip sales teams with technical product knowledge, collateral, and ROI tools that accelerate channel adoption.
- Enterprise Customer & SLA Management: Act as the primary voice of the customer. Gather continuous feedback through enterprise client interviews, usage telemetry, and support tickets. Customize solutions for complex enterprise clients while balancing custom contract/SLA requirements against scalable product design. Prioritize feature development that benefits the broader customer base.
- Cross Functional & Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate seamlessly across Engineering, UX/UI designers, GTS/GNT teams, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Regulatory Compliance. Balance competing stakeholder priorities, articulate technical vision and milestones clearly, and lead cross functional reviews as a technical thought leader.
- Data-Driven Decision Making & Performance Tracking: Track and analyze core product KPIs, including customer acquisition, churn, usage engagement, attach rates, and margin impact. Utilize advanced analytics dashboards to make evidence based decisions, optimize feature backlogs, and influence overall business direction.
- Wireline & Managed Infrastructure Expertise: Incorporate deep expertise in wireline networks -including Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Ethernet Virtual Private Line (EVPL), and Private IP (MPLS) -as well as software defined paradigms (SD-WAN, SASE) into unified, resilient enterprise managed service offerings.
- AI Insights & Applied Automation Execution: Own the operational integration and execution of Applied AI/ML and Agentic AI technologies (such as AI Insights & AI Connect) within the MNS platform to drive intelligent network automation, predictive fault monitoring, and automated service optimization.
