About this role
This role is onsite at the Sentry Credit Union.
As a Member Experience / Loan Clerk, you’ll develop relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for credit union members across telephone, digital, and written channels. You’ll help members with day-to-day banking needs to ensure they receive financial services that meet their needs and assist them with service requests, account maintenance, and loan processing.
