How You’ll Make a Difference

You’ll help keep our customers and field teams moving by making sure they get the right parts information when they need it. From researching hard-to-find components to resolving order questions, you’ll be a trusted resource who brings accuracy, urgency, and great service to every interaction.

What You’ll Do

- Research industrial equipment parts using web-based resources, Adobe programs, manuals, microfiche, and other available tools.
- Support customers, vendors, branches, and field teams by answering parts inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing order requests.
- Research and resolve parts discrepancies involving purchases, shipments, deliveries, and order completion.
- Maintain accurate invoices, supporting documents, and system records while handling inbound calls and multiple priorities.

What You’ll Bring

- A high school diploma and 3+ year of customer service and parts ordering experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills with a willingness to dig in and find answers.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to enter and maintain accurate information.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency in a fast-paced environment, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
