- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine inspections of security personnel, assigned posts, uniforms, equipment, and operational procedures to ensure service standards are consistently maintained.

3. Security and Loss Prevention Operations

- Access Control: Strictly enforce building access control policies, ensuring every individual (tenant, vendor, or visitor) follows proper entry procedures, including key card and badge usage. Prevent unauthorized entry and tailgating.

- Foot Patrols: Conduct regular, documented security patrols of the property's interior and exterior perimeter, including common areas, parking garages, and vacant tenant spaces. Identify and report safety hazards and security vulnerabilities.

- Surveillance and Monitoring: Proficiently operate and monitor the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system, alarm panels, and other life safety systems, identifying and responding to unusual activities.

- Emergency Response: Serve as a primary responder to alarms and critical incidents, including medical emergencies, fire alarms, suspicious activities, and unauthorized persons. Follow established emergency procedures and coordinate with property management and first responders.

- Loss Prevention: Identify potential security risks, suspicious activity, and vulnerabilities while implementing appropriate preventative measures to protect the property, occupants, and assets.
