About this role
At IAC, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Technician responsible for supporting initiatives focused on process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset to support the implementation and follow-up of continuous improvement projects within the operation.
Requirements:
- Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Advanced English (required).
- Experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or continuous improvement environments.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and problem-solving methodologies.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Proactive attitude, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
Main Responsibilities:
- Track and support continuous improvement and cost-saving projects.
- Analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in the implementation of initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.
- Participate in Kaizen events and process improvement activities.
- Prepare reports and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the execution and follow-up of assigned projects.
