We're always interested in connecting with experienced MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs who may be interested in providing care to Parsley members on a part-time, independent contractor basis.

One of the first things we do when we're looking for additional clinical coverage is review clinicians who have already expressed interest in working with Parsley.

Our needs are often very specific. We may need a clinician licensed in a particular state, available for a certain number of hours or on specific days, or someone with a particular area of clinical expertise or functional medicine training.

By sharing your licenses, experience, background, and ideal availability now, you're helping us understand where there might be a fit before we even have a specific opening.

By the time we publicly post an opportunity, we may already be speaking with clinicians whose qualifications and availability match what we need.

What contracting with Parsley could look like

Depending on our future clinical needs, opportunities may include:

- Part-time independent contractor arrangements with varying weekly commitments

- Virtual patient care, with potential in-person opportunities depending on location and need

- Collaboration with our clinical team, including health coaches and RN care managers

- Access to Parsley's clinical technology platform and resources

- The ability to maintain an independent practice or other professional commitments, subject to applicable disclosure, conflict-of-interest, confidentiality, and patient protection requirements

- Parsley provides malpractice coverage for care delivered to our members. Independent contractors are responsible for maintaining their own required licenses and associated expenses.

Who we'd love to connect with

- Licensed MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs with active state licensure and applicable board certification

- Clinicians with 3+ years of relevant clinical experience, ideally in primary care

- Clinicians with professional experience practicing functional, integrative, or longevity medicine

- Clinicians who have completed or are pursuing formal functional medicine training or certifications

- People who value personalized patient care, clinical collaboration, and flexibility

- Functional medicine experience and formal training are especially valuable to us, but we also welcome interest from clinicians who are earlier in their functional medicine journey.
