The Role
Set the pace on the club floor and grow with a brand that never settles. As a Senior Fitness Consultant, you willproduce sales, build relationships, and show the front-line team what a great member experience looks like.You will support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, coach Fitness Consultants and KidsZone Attendants, and develop the skills for future club leadership. Location: Pearland Club - Pearland TX 77584 | Full-time, 32 or more hours per week
Classification: Non-exempt | Reports to: General Manager and Assistant General Manager
Pay: $14.50 - $16.00/Hr

What you will do:
• Meet your personal production goals and help the club reach its Membership, Operations, and Fitness targets. Review daily sales and results with the GM and AGM, identify gaps, and follow through on the next steps.
• Follow up consistently with digitally generated leads and manage your agenda in the customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain an efficient sales pipeline for new memberships and personal training. Keep records current, give engaging, goal-focused tours, and guide guests through enrollment.
• Listen first. Explain our memberships and offerings clearly. Build value in the Dynamic Fitness brand and the recovery and training amenities we offer. Introduce personal training as coaching and accountability, and connect new members with a personal training intro session.
• Coach Fitness Consultants and Kids Zone Attendants with GM and AGM support. Demonstrate our Service Promise, give useful feedback, help manage schedules, and coordinate weekend coverage.
• Build a personal connection with members. Greet and engage them, follow check-in and guest-registration procedures, answer calls, keep accurate records, and resolve routine concerns or bring them to the appropriate manager.
• Guide members through agreements, cancellations, freezes, billing questions, and app setup. Support a clear handoff into training and consistent follow-up. Process purchases and complete point-of-sale opening, closing, and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain our standardized operating procedures and meet the measured KPIs for friendliness, cleanliness, and club operations. 
• Complete daily walkthroughs and cleaning, keep the club and front desk organized, rotate and restock products, and work with leadership and maintenance staff to address cleanliness, safety, and repairs.
• Serve as weekend manager on duty as needed or in rotation with the GM and AGM, and complete other assigned duties.

What you bring
• Knowledge of sales practices and a general understanding of the fitness industry.
• Strong service and communication skills, confidence using computers, and the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ownership of your results, openness to coaching, and the willingness to help teammates improve.
• High school diploma or GED. One to two years of fitness and sales experience is preferred.

Schedule and work environment
This full-time role includes weekend manager-on-duty coverage and frequent standing, walking, and stair climbing throughout the club. You will prepare and review records, use computer systems, communicate by phone and in person, and occasionally explain or demonstrate fitness activities. The gym environment includes moving mechanical parts and occasional loud noise.
