🎨 Lead Teachers | Classroom Leaders & Educational Influencers
Our Lead Teachers bring our educational philosophy and curriculum to life. We seek educators who understand that teaching goes beyond supervision—it's about creating meaningful learning experiences, encouraging exploration, and helping children reach their full potential.
Responsibilities Include:
- Implement our established, age-appropriate curriculum and prepared lesson plans through engaging, purposeful learning experiences.
- Bring lessons to life through interactive instruction, hands-on activities, and meaningful classroom engagement.
- Support early literacy, language development, mathematics, science, creative arts, music, movement, and foundational academic skills.
- Encourage school readiness through letter recognition, vocabulary, early writing, number recognition, counting, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Incorporate purposeful play and creative exploration to reinforce curriculum concepts.
- Observe children's progress, recognize developmental milestones, and provide individualized support.
- Create structured, stimulating classrooms that promote independence, confidence, curiosity, and positive behavior.
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and academic development.
- Build strong family relationships through consistent communication and daily updates.
- Guide and mentor Assistant Teachers while maintaining a collaborative classroom.
- Maintain classroom organization, follow curriculum expectations, and comply with Georgia DECAL licensing requirements.
💛 Assistant Teachers | The Heart & Energy of the Classroom
Assistant Teachers help create a fun, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Working alongside Lead Teachers, you'll support daily instruction and ensure every child feels seen, encouraged, and valued.
Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with Lead Teachers to implement daily lesson plans and activities.
- Assist with early literacy, math, science, arts and crafts, music, sensory activities, and hands-on learning.
- Encourage children's participation, curiosity, independence, and social development.
- Guide children through story time, creative projects, group activities, outdoor play, and daily routines.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and engaging classroom.
- Support individual needs and developmental progress.
- Build positive connections and foster a loving classroom atmosphere.
🌟 Support Staff | All-Star Team Players
Our Support Staff keep the academy running smoothly by providing essential classroom and operational assistance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide floating support and classroom coverage across all age groups.
- Assist with transitions, outdoor play, meals, and daily routines.
- Prepare classroom materials, learning activities, and educational resources.
- Support classroom organization, cleanliness, and daily needs.
- Assist with special activities and operational responsibilities.
- Bring flexibility, dependability, positive energy, and a team-first attitude.

As part of our team, you'll help bring learning to life through:
- Curriculum-Based Learning: Implementing our established curriculum and prepared lesson plans through purposeful instruction and age-appropriate experiences.
- Early Literacy & Language Development: Encouraging a love of reading through storytelling, vocabulary, letter recognition, phonological awareness, conversations, and early writing.
- Math, Science & Discovery: Introducing counting, numbers, shapes, patterns, measurement, observation, and problem-solving through hands-on exploration.
- Creative Arts & Expression: Encouraging imagination through painting, drawing, music, movement, dramatic play, building, and interactive projects.
- Social & Emotional Growth: Developing confidence, independence, self-regulation, cooperation, communication, and positive relationships.
- School Readiness: Building essential academic and life skills for future educational milestones.
- Learning Through Play: Incorporating purposeful play, sensory exploration, outdoor activities, and interactive experiences.
- Individual Growth & Development: Recognizing strengths, observing progress, and encouraging children as they reach new milestones.
- Family Partnerships: Building meaningful relationships with parents through consistent communication and collaboration.

🎯 Qualifications & Requirements
We're looking for dependable, enthusiastic individuals passionate about children and committed to creating a positive educational environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to complete required background checks and obtain applicable GaPDS/DECAL clearance.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift as required, and actively engage with children throughout the day.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!):
- Active CDA, TCC, or degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or educational setting.
- Current First Aid / CPR Certification.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, patient, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
- Genuine interest in children's education, growth, and development.
