In this pivotal role, you will help drive financial strategy and performance for our multi-billion-dollar Consumer Channel Sales business. Finance at Microsoft interfaces across a broad intersection of business partners including Engineering, Marketing, Category Management, Sales, Data Science, Investments, Pricing/Deals and Supply Chain teams.</p></div><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><div><p> </p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Leading, coaching and scaling the worldwide Consumer Sales Finance team, building a </span><span>robust talent pipeline, clear career paths and bench strength</span><span> for critical roles.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Shaping and accelerating long-range growth planning for Windows and Devices across product and go-to-market strategy, partnering with business stakeholders to set and deliver </span><span>unit, revenue, gross margin and market share targets</span><span>, and owning the translation of plans into executable investments and operating cadences.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Developing </span><span>investment frameworks tied to business priorities</span><span> and driving cross-business-group alignment on revenue and profitability levers, measuring performance and creating optionality to pivot strategy with agility.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Establishing </span><span>channel analytics and insights as a strategic capability</span><span>, delivering actionable insight into competitors, retailers, partners and customers that informs pricing, mix, investment and go-to-market decisions.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Owning the </span><span>monthly outlook, inventory planning, forecasting and close rhythm of the business</span><span>, providing predictability and transparency through decision-ready outlooks and storytelling; serving as a trusted advisor who communicates complex recommendations, delivers challenging messages when needed and drives consensus on investment and remediation plans.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Leading the </span><span>digital transformation of core finance activities</span><span> through automation, enhanced reporting and process excellence, shifting team capacity from data production to value-added insight and business influence.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><div><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li style="list-style-type: none;">Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 10+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.</li><li style="list-style-type: none;">1+ year(s) experience managing direct reports.</li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: circle;"><li>**This role requires you to be onsite 3-4 days a week.** </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Exceptional financial analysis & modeling skills.
