Identify opportunities for business expansion, cross-selling, and upselling through an analytical, impact-oriented approach.

2. Developing Strategic Relationships

Build, maintain, and expand high-level relationships with key clients, influencers, and decision-makers, positioning the company as a strategic partner rather than just a supplier.

Map stakeholders and lead consultative interactions that translate clinical, operational, and financial needs into differentiated solutions.

3. Leading Complex Solutions and Projects

Lead the design, proposal, and implementation of comprehensive solutions tailored to the specific segment (laboratories/hospitals), fostering operational improvements, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (marketing, services, finance, logistics) to ensure the flawless execution of strategic projects. 4. Commercial Excellence and Operational Discipline

Rigorously execute processes for account planning, data analysis, profitability assessment, and the development of value propositions.

Ensure effective negotiations and successful deal closures by managing risks, addressing objections, and navigating the entire decision-making cycle.

Experience and Knowledge:

Solid experience in key account management within the laboratory diagnostics sector, leading complex projects that integrate technology, service, and operational efficiency.

A proven track record in strategic planning, high-level negotiation, and closing business deals that directly impact growth and profitability.

Professional background in Bacteriology, with robust technical knowledge to support high-value, consultative interactions.
