## Job Summary



To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Asset Management Specialist   located at Juarez, Omega Campus.

Reporting to the Director, Operations Engineering, the Asset Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the portfolio of equipment and technologies used in manufacturing processes. This role requires an end-to-end view of asset lifecycle, from selection and validation to implementation and maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency and technical compliance.

What a typical day looks like:

- Review of technical information and active project databases.
- Equipment technical Data analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Finance related knowledge
- Logistics related knowledge
- Participation in automation project reviews

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS in Engineering, or related field.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to validate technical processes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of databases and asset management tools.
- Availability to travel.
