Assisting Hands Home Care schaumburg/ Park Ridge  is looking for dependable, compassionate, and experienced caregivers/CNAs to join our team for full-time or Part time opportunities supporting seniors with a variety of care needs.
We have opportunities available with both companion-level clients and maximum-assistance clients. Whether you enjoy providing companionship and helping with everyday activities or have strong hands-on experience assisting clients with more complex care needs, we would love to hear from you!
Position Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and personal care when required.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Complete accurate care notes and communicate client needs to the office.

Qualifications
• Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred.
• Experience with both companion care and hands-on personal care is a plus.
• Hoyer lift and transfer experience is a plus for higher-assistance cases.
• Reliable, professional, patient, and compassionate.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
