Job Description

CMC, an Associa company, is hiring a Painter to support its condominium community in Washington, DC.

The P:ainter will be part of the maintenance team that is responsible for the maintenance duties of Associations involving mostlyexterior carpentry, painting, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs and minor roofing repairs in addition toother exterior responsibilities to guarantee that the communities we manage are properly and safelymaintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently andthat the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate.

- Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs toensure that the building is properly maintained.

- Clean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors,gutters and drains.

- Operate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems & equipment as needed.

- Other duties as assigned.

Hourly pay rate: $25-$28.

Requirements

- Highschool diploma or GED equivalent is required.

- Posses a high level or customer service skils.

- Excellent communiciaoftn skils, written and spoken.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet time sensitive deadlines, and work proactively.

- Take the initiatve, attention to detail, and team oriened.

- Valid driver's licenses and reliable transportation are required.
