About this role
Conway, Arkansas | Virtual School-Based + In-Person Pediatric Outpatient Therapy
The Little Clinic With a Big Heart Is Growing in Conway!
Love helping children succeed? Want the flexibility of providing therapy from home while still enjoying meaningful face-to-face connections with children and families?
Therapeutic Focus has been serving children since 2011, and we're excited to grow our team at our new Conway outpatient clinic!
We're a small, family-oriented company where hard work is appreciated, ideas are welcomed, and our core values are Integrity, Equality, Teamwork, and Altruism , which guide everything we do.
The Opportunity
Our hybrid position combines two settings:
- 3 days: Virtual school-based speech therapy from home or our Conway clinic, serving students across grade levels, primarily elementary.
- 2 days: In-person pediatric outpatient therapy at our Conway clinic, serving children and young adults from birth to age 21.
You'll conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.
We believe parent communication is essential. We want our families to understand their child's needs, celebrate their progress, and feel informed and supported throughout the therapy process.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Work-Life Balance: A predictable hybrid schedule with flexibility to support life outside of work.
- Mentorship & Clinical Support: Experienced therapists available to collaborate, answer questions, and consult on challenging cases.
