The Supervisor role involves effectively communicating and addressing both organizational and operational needs, while overseeing employee performance, providing guidance and support, and identifying areas for team and process development. The Supervisor successfully manages the relationship between staff, organization and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and mutual success. - Oversee key business KPI’s, SLAs, and ensure adherence to 5S standards
- Manage forecasted volumes and resource & capacity planning
- Manage business growth and stability, identifying process improvements
- Ensure the warehouse and employees comply with EH&S requirements such as safe storage and handling of material, and equipment.
- Support HR tasks like sickness, time, and conflict management while coaching and documenting employee development
- Set clear priorities for teams to maximize performance, workflow, and customer experience
- Provide clear, structured reports, recommendations and guidance to Leaders and team.
- Lead by example, promoting a change management culture and continuous improvements.
- Ensure accurate inventory records across all warehouse locations and systems.
- Lead root-cause investigations into matters impacting the operation.
- Act as escalation point for complex issues.
- Identify trends, risks, and recurring issues through data analysis.
- Use data-driven insights to proactively prevent inventory issues.
- Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse teams.
- Promote accountability, ownership, and a strong team culture.
- Work closely with all stakeholders to align priorities.
- Act autonomously within defined objectives and priorities.
- Adapt quickly to changing workloads, peak periods, and business needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and safety standards.

- 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes.
- Ability to manage and motivate your team.
- Experience working with WMS.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience.
