Property Maintenance Technician

MetroPlains Management, LLC is hiring a dependable Property Maintenance Technician to help keep our residential communities safe, clean, and well maintained. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on repair work, variety in their day, and being part of a team that supports residents and communities.
What Youll Do:
- Complete maintenance service requests and general property repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair items related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, flooring, and building upkeep.
- Help maintain clean, safe, and attractive buildings and grounds.
- Support repair, construction, and improvement projects as needed.
- Participate in rotating on-call evenings and weekends.
What Were Looking For:
- Previous maintenance, repair, construction, or related hands-on experience.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow procedures.
- Good communication skills and a respectful, service-focused approach.
- Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and current vehicle insurance.
- Ability to provide and use personal hand tools.
- Ability to lift 20 to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
Preferred, But Not Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of related maintenance experience or training.
- HVAC, EPA Universal, boiler, or pool maintenance experience/certifications.
