About this role

The Scheduling Coordinator supports the scheduling operations for a specific construction phase (Slab, Rough, or Trim). This role manages administrative and executional tasks related to scheduling, inspections, locates, and EPOs. The Scheduling Coordinator works closely with the Scheduler to maintain communication with field teams and customers, enter and monitor data in scheduling tools, and ensure job readiness. This role is cross trained to support other phases when needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Executes scheduling tasks for assigned phase under guidance of Lead
Enters and maintains scheduling data in BOLT, SharePoint, and Excel
Communicates with field teams and customers for job coordination
Schedules and tracks inspections, locates, and related services
Processes and verifies EPOs as needed
Supports document control, data entry, and reporting processes
Works in collaboration with Scheduler and provides backup as needed
Cross-trained to support other phases when staff are out or volume is high
Performs other duties as assigned by Scheduler or Supervisor
Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, foreign equivalency, etc.).
Strong administrative and computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint
Familiarity with BOLT or scheduling systems preferred
Customer service or construction support experience preferred
