About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
Tasks:
- Developing and implementing an SMM strategy for major platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, Telegram, LinkedIn, and others) to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
- Monitoring current trends and implementing new formats
- Creating and managing content that resonates with the target audience, including the use of AI tools to generate creative content and optimize the content calendar
- Analyzing the effectiveness of SMM campaigns using engagement, reach, and conversion metrics, and adjusting the strategy based on the data obtained
- Collaborating with internal teams and contractors (design, marketing, product)
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing (SMM) for international markets
- Experience working with Instagram and X, and an understanding of each platform’s algorithms and unique features
- A current portfolio with statistics and examples of posts on Instagram and X
- English and Russian proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher—strong conversational skills are essential
- Experience working with AI tools for content planning and analytics
- Ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and work with metrics and reports
- Creativity, organization, and initiative
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes
