About this role
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a communication designer who does not just make banners, but thinks in visual language — from 3D illustrations to branding.
Tasks
- Develop creatives for advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Play, etc.)
- Create and adapt 3D illustrations for social media
- Animate and fully manage stories content
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity
- Collaborate closely with the copywriter and SMM manager
- Optimize and automate routine design tasks
Requirements
- Confident proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong skills in AI-powered tools (Midjourney, Recraft, Krea, etc.)
- Understanding of color correction, retouching, and object editing
- Knowledge of lighting physics, perspective, and collage creation
- Strong typography skills and experience working with grid systems
- Understanding of layout principles: web limitations, dark mode, animation formats
- English level B1 or higher

- Blender skills
- Experience in branding and visual system development
