About this role

The position is responsible for ensuring smooth,
effective, and efficient warehouse operation through functional activities,
including on-time replenishment, receipt, storage, issuance of goods, and
compliance with the set standards with strict adherence to policy and
procedures.

- Coordinate with receiving section and procurement
to address the posting of invoices with issues.
- Support the necessary preparation to ensure that
the warehouse or storeroom is always ready for any internal or external audit.
- Coordinate or follow up with procurement regarding
the status of undelivered items.
- Responsible for ensuring that dirty pallets are
consolidated and placed in the designated area and coordinating with Stewarding
for cleaning.
- Properly utilize material handling equipment such
as forklifts, manual pallet jacks, trolleys, etc.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area to ensure
that the place is ready anytime for any government inspection, hygiene audit,
or any external audit.
- Ensure a timely posting of storeroom requisitions
and follow up on any pending request until it is resolved.
- Maintain the approve minimum PAR level for imported
items and at least three (3) weeks worth of stock for local items.
- Responsible to wait for late deliveries of the
supplier due to unexpected events.
- Performs a timely replenishment of inventory items
by creating purchase requests (PR) to maintain par levels, controlling the
stock level to minimum while ensuring zero stock-out incidences.
- Daily monitor the purchased requisitions (PR) for
delivery.
- Inform the immediate superior of any changes in Par
Stock so that Min-Max PAR Level can be amended.
- Inspect the quality and quantity of items being
delivered to the storeroom and compare them with the purchased orders and
supplier’s invoice.
- Count, weigh, or measure goods for issuance
whenever necessary. Sort and place the items or materials on shelves according
to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
Marks materials with identifying information if necessary.
- Strictly follows the arrangement of stocks using
the principles of First to Expire – First Out, Least Shelf Life – First Out,
and First-In-First-Out.
- Submit a weekly spot check report on fast-moving
items and coordinate with colleagues or end-users to reconcile if there are
found variances.
- Conducts monthly physical inventory and maintains
correctness of records to ensure 100% accuracy during Cost Control Audit

Requirements

- College graduate or college level
- Should be computer literate - Microsoft word, excel and
knowledgeable in inventory management systems, preferably MC Fidelio, Ariba,
and the likes
- With good communication skills, possess an excellent work
attitude and a high level of integrity
- Should be customer service oriented ​
