Utility & GIS Engineer

- Develop, maintain, and update GIS databases and utility maps for infrastructure assets within the industrial estate.
- Manage, analyze, and oversee spatial data and GIS mapping for industrial park infrastructure, spanning utilities, road networks, and municipal services.
- Conduct field surveys and verify utility assets to ensure the accuracy of GIS data and site conditions.
- Prepare utility network maps, layouts, engineering drawings, and spatial analysis to support infrastructure planning.
- Monitor and update utility asset information, including location, route, capacity, and network conditions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and utility providers to support utility development and maintenance.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Geomatics, Geodesy, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.Minimum 3 years of experience in GIS, utility engineering, infrastructure, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in ArcGIS/ArcGIS Pro, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good understanding of utility infrastructure and network systems, such as electricity, water, wastewater, gas, and telecommunications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and spatial data management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
