HSE Supervisor – Power & Substation

* Supervise the implementation of HSE policies and procedures on site
* Conduct routine inspections of working conditions, personal protective equipment (PPE), and safety equipment
* Prepare and deliver reports on work accidents, incidents, and corrective actions
* Provide HSE training and awareness programs to workers, vendors, and subcontractors
* Coordinate with the project team and third parties to ensure compliance with HSE standards
* Conduct accident investigations and formulate preventive measures
* Ensure all environmental and safety permits are obtained and fulfilled
* Assist in internal and external audits related to HSE

### Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in power infrastructure construction projects (Substation/Gardu Induk, Transmission Lines, or Power Plant)
* Valid Ahli K3 Umum (Kemnaker) or BNSP K3 Supervisor Level certification
* Certified Ahli K3 Listrik (Electrical Safety certification)
* Certified Auditor for SMK3 or ISO 45001
* Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, hazard identification, and risk assessment (HIRADC)
* Proficient in preparing incident reports, safety programs, and clear communication for on-site training
