Receptionist / Operator

Hansel Toyota is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to work in our Petaluma facility! The right candidate will have professional telephone manners, be great with people, and customer service experience.

Location:  Fully onsite at Hansel Toyota in Petaluma, CA
Schedule:  Full-Time Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Greeting and assisting guests in a professional and friendly manner

- Welcoming, directing, and assisting visitors both in person and over the phone

- Notifying dealership personnel of visitor arrivals

- Maintaining showroom traffic logs and telecommunications systems

- Supporting team operations by completing related administrative tasks as assigned

- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized reception and showroom area

Qualifications:

- Bilingual Spanish language skills are highly preferred.

- Multiple-line telephone experience is preferred

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.

- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Pay Defined:  The Receptionist position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation between $18.31-$20.00.
