Order Fulfillment Associate

$18.50/hour
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (occasional 7:00 AM start)

Westaff is seeking a dependable and hardworking Order Fulfillment Associate for a busy warehouse in Williston, VT. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and ensuring customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pull orders using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Verify order accuracy before shipment
- Pack products securely for safe delivery
- Prepare and process outbound shipments, including LTL freight
- Follow inventory rotation procedures (FIFO)
- Report inventory shortages, quality concerns, or equipment issues
- Maintain accurate shipping records and system transactions
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Support other warehouse functions as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, shipping, picking, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Able to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
