Consistent client assignments based on availability
A Different Kind of Caregiving
Instead of working with multiple patients in a facility, you'll provide personalized one-on-one care in the client's home.
Responsibilities may include:
Personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
Mobility and transfer assistance
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Companionship and conversation
Shopping and errands
Observing and reporting changes in client condition
What You Need
Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
Dependable and compassionate approach to care
Ability to provide hands-on personal care
Reliable transportation preferred
Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screenings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
