What You'll Be Doing
Provide one-on-one care in clients' homes
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care
Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
Prepare meals and snacks
Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
Provide companionship and meaningful interaction
Provide medication reminders
Assist with errands and grocery shopping
Accompany clients to appointments when needed
Observe and report changes in client condition
Follow individualized care plans to help clients maintain their independence
Who We're Looking For
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, assisted living, or personal care experience preferred
CNA or Home Health Aide experience is a plus
Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
Dependable and interested in consistent full-time employment
Compassionate, patient, and professional
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation preferred
Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screenings
