The EMEA Delivery Operations Analyst is crucial to Tesla’s success in EMEA, ensuring operations are scaled in a sustainable way as the organization goes through rapid growth. The Delivery Operations Analyst is a strategic central role responsible for the seamless execution of the quarterly delivery plan by defining strategies and acting as a hands-on problem-solver to support our Markets. This role will also drive a strategic improvement agenda by defining best practices, evaluating performance, and supporting each of the 30+ markets in EMEA in this time of accelerated growth. This role is both strategic and operational, and requires an individual with strong analytical skills, a bias for action to improve processes proactively, and the ability to resolve operational problems large and small.

- Develop and track delivery metrics for the EMEA region: Collaborate with field operations teams to identify and implement optimal tactics for driving delivery performance

- Enhance the Delivery Operations Reporting Landscape: Support initiatives to elevate reporting tools and processes to advanced levels of functionality and insight

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Delivery Operations Reporting: Provide expertise on delivery performance and execution metrics, ensuring all tools remain accurate, up-to-date, and reliable

- Deliver actionable insights: Analyze data to help prioritize high-impact initiatives across EMEA markets

- Develop analytical models: Proactively assess the impact of existing and emerging issues on delivery operations to inform strategic decisions

- Leverage AI tools to advance Delivery Operations: Drive improvements in automation, analytics, and stakeholder-facing reporting to strengthen operational efficiency and ways of working across EMEA

- Background in Operations Management, Process Engineering, or relevant experience running and/or supporting operations across multiple countries

- Experience developing analytical models to understand and improve large-scale operations

- Experience working with various business stakeholders and departments

- Ability to manage various operational improvement projects at once, with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment

- Proven track record in delivering change, process improvement, and root cause analytics

- Excellent communication and documentation skills; Proficient with MS Office tools and functionalities
