Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Budapest

Do you speak European Portuguese fluently and enjoy helping customers and solving problems?
We are looking for Portuguese-speaking colleagues to join an international customer support team in Budapest. In this role, you will support customers of a well-known consumer technology brand and help them with product-related questions and everyday technical issues.
What will you do?
- Provide professional customer support in Portuguese
- Assist customers with product-related questions and technical issues
- Understand the customer's problem and guide them towards the right solution
- Support customers with basic troubleshooting
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Cooperate with other teams when further assistance is required
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Fluent Portuguese language skills
- Confident English communication skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and patient approach
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk or a similar role is an advantage.
