Qualifications
What Youll Bring to the Team
As an LPN, youll provide hands-on nursing care while working closely with providers and the healthcare team.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing direct patient care and monitoring health status
- Administering medications according to established standards and procedures
- Performing nursing assessments and responding to changes in condition
- Documenting patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Responding to urgent and emergent medical situations
- Following individualized treatment and nursing care plans
- Communicating with providers and other members of the healthcare team
- Practicing within applicable State Scope of Practice Guidelines
