Kowalskis and Starbucks offer a combined training program that is devoted to supporting, engaging, and investing in the development of our baristas and emerging leaders. Our hands-on training approach thoroughly educates baristas on how to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to create a meaningful and helpful environment by delivering exceptional customer service and building right relationships with their coworkers through transparent communication and teamwork. Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention.
Requirements:
- Flexible to schedule around 18/28 hours per week
- Available for midday shifts (~Noon - 8:30pm)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in preparing food
- Handling food according to state health codes
- Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service
- Teamwork
- Maintain drink consistency with the interest in learning new recipes
- Work in an energetic and face-paced environment
- Must be organized and clean
