Here's the Deal:
-  Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
- ď’° Pay: $23.50/hour
-  Hours: 30 hours/week — no mandatory overtime
-  Benefits: Medical, dental, vision & more (eligible after 30 days)
- ď“Ť Location: Ferguson Distribution Center, Front Royal, VA
What You'll Do:
Operate stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to keep product moving safely and accurately through our facility. Use RF scanners or voice-directed systems, build pallets, maintain a clean workspace, and work alongside a solid team that takes pride in doing things right.
No experience? We train the right people.
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Show up consistently and take your work seriously
- Can lift up to 70 lbs. and are comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
- Are ready to pass a background check and drug screen

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
