About the Role
Our Front Royal DC is hiring safety-focused Loaders to support outbound shipping. This is a hands-on role with monthly bonus potential and real room to grow.
Pay & Incentives
- $23.50/hr base pay
- Plus $2–$5/hr monthly bonus
- Strong earning potential for consistent performers
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM
- Weekends off!
- Overtime as needed
What You'll Do
- Load trucks using forklifts and other equipment
- Check product for quality and accuracy
- Maximize trailer space safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety standards and SOPs
- Keep a clean, organized workspace
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Warehouse or forklift experience preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
