Role Overview:

As   a   Senior   Associate   in   Finance Transformation   (CMAAS) ,   you   will   help   clients   design ,   optimize ,   and   digiti s e   their   finance   operating   model .   Your   work   will   span   core   finance   processes ,   selection   and   implementation   of   finance   applications   and software,   and   enablement   of   cloud ,   automation ,   visualization ,   and   emerging   AI   use   cases   in   finance .   With   a   primary   focus   on   processes   and   state-of-art   technology ,   you’ll   also   be   adressing   complex   accountng   challenges while ensuring compliance with financial regulations .

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess   and   improve   finance   processes :   Map   current-state   processes   and   controls ;   identify   pain   points   and   efficiency   opportunities   in relation   to   close ,   consolidation ,   reporting ,   and   working   capital   cycles

- Enable   finance   technology :   Support   selection ,   design ,   testing ,   data   migration ,   and   go-live   for   ERP   and   various   finance   applications .   Deliver   automation   and   analytics .   Improve   data   quality   and   master   data   governance .   Identify   and pilot use cases , d rive   AI   adoption   in   finance .

- Strengthen   reporting   and   compliance :   Accelerate   monthly   close ,   intercompany ,   and   reconciliations ;   enhance   management   reporting   and   transparency . S upport   accounting   policy   changes   and   new   standards   while ensuring seamless integration.

What We’re Looking For:

- Professionals   with   more   than  3   years   of   experience   in   financial   audit ,   financial   controlling ,   or   accounting ,   eager   to   elevate   their   careers   by   engaging   with   complex   and   challenging   projects .

- Academic   degree   in   Accounting ,   Finance ,   Business   Administration ,   or   a   related   field , with working knowledge of IFRS/GAAP principles and their application.

- Good   understanding   of   finance   processes   (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A,   payroll )   and   internal   controls .   E xperience   in   finance   transformation   with process/ systems   exposure.

- Hands-on   experience   with   one   or   more   finance -related   technologies :   ER P, accounting/c onsolidation   software,   BI/ analytics   tools ;

- Data   and   digital   skills :   Advanced Excel is   required .   Any   knowledge   in   RPA/ workflow   tools / SQL/ Power   Query / Python   or   similar   is   a   plus ;   familiarity   with   cloud / SaaS ,   APIs ,   and   iPaaS   concepts   will be highly regarded.

- Demonstrated   ambition   and   a   thirst   for   new   challenges ,   with   the   ability   to   work   both   independently   and   as   part   of   a   team .

- Fluency in   English   is essential
