Right of Way Agent – Houston (On-Site)

The company is seeking a ROW Agent to report to, and work directly with, the project management team in Texas. The individual will be responsible for conducting land negotiations with landowners in order to acquire ROW’s & Easements and prepare for possible oil and natural gas production in the area where the property is located.

Responsibilities

- Support land and right-of-way activities for pipeline integrity, corrosion, and maintenance projects

- Coordinate landowner communications, access agreements, temporary workspace arrangements, and project notifications

- Research easement rights, title records, and ownership information

- Prepare reports, title updates, and landowner claim documentation

- Negotiate easements, permits, licenses, and other real property agreements

- Secure permits and approvals from private, local, state, and federal agencies

- Investigate, negotiate, and resolve property damage claims

- Manage projects independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong background in right-of-way acquisition and land administration

- Experience supporting midstream pipeline operations and integrity programs

- Title research experience preferred

- Proficiency with GIS mapping systems, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and online research tools

- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
