Job Description & Summary

The Data & Analytics Lead will drive the development and execution of the firm’s   internal   data & analytics strategy within the Chief Data Office, enabling trusted, scalable, and business‑aligned use of data to deliver insights, reporting, and advanced analytics outcomes. This role   is responsible for   leading the   in-house   Data & Analytics pillar,   establishing   frameworks, standards, and delivery capabilities that support high‑quality, governed data consumption across the   organisation .

They will be accountable for translating the firm’s data strategy into actionable analytics use cases, delivering insights that support   decision-making ,   defining the standards for internal reporting and analytics,   o perational efficiency, and innovation including AI   driven initiatives. The role works across all Lines of Service and enabling functions to deliver consistent, reusable analytics solutions aligned with enterprise data platforms.

In addition, this role will shape, build, and lead the Data & Analytics capability within the CDO, defining the team structure, required skill sets, and operating model to support current and future demand.

Working in partnership with business stakeholders, data domain owners, and technology teams, this role will define and deliver analytics products, dashboards, and data services.

Key responsibilities include:

Data &   Analytics Service Leadership

- Define and lead the Data and Analytics pillar strategy, service delivery model, roadmap of analytics initiatives, use cases, data products, and operational priorities in alignment with firm and global data priorities.

- Develop and ma nage service delivery,   roadmap of analytics initiatives, use cases, and data products.

- Establish KPIs and success measures to track adoption and value.

- Partner with Data Domain Owners, Governance, technology architecture teams, and business stakeholders to align analytics priorities, delivery plans, and data product requirements.

- Lead operational planning and   prioritisation .

Team build & capability development

- Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional analytics teams, including offshore team members, to build capability and delivery confidence.

- Define and evolve the Data and Analytics team structure, roles, skills, capacity, ways of working, and delivery models needed to meet current and future demand.

- Identify   required roles, skills, and capacity

- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of analytics talent

- Establish ways of working and delivery models

- Coach and mentor team members.

Analytics delivery & use case development

- Lead the design and delivery of analytics products by partnering with business teams to   identify   use cases and translate requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.

- Drive   the adoption   of self-service analytics.

Data products & insights enablement

- D efine and manage analytics data products   with a foc us on firm and Global data requirements .

- Ensure consistency and quality of curated datasets.

- Promote reuse of analytics assets.

Governance, quality & risk

- Ensure analytics outputs align with governance and regulation

- Align   on   data   quality standards alig ned with firm and Global requirements

- Embed data quality controls

- Define and i mplement reporting standards

- Support auditability

Implementation & delivery oversight

- Oversee end-to-end delivery

- Ensure   future-proof design,   performance   and scalability

- Drive continuous improvement

Education/Professional Qualifications

Candidates to have minimum a third level qualification in Data and Analytics

Experience Required:

- 6+ years’ experience in data analytics

- Proven e xperience delivering analytics solutions   and leading teams

- Understanding of data governance   and data management

Technical Skills

- Strong data analysis skill using   SQL and   Excel

- Experience of   Power BI   development , SAC experience desirable

- Familiarity with cloud platforms , Databricks   and data mesh concepts

- Awareness of AI/ML concepts

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with storytelling

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to translate business and functional requirements to technical requirements

- Ability to handle multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, and work with a wide range   stakeholders

- Ability to develop business relationships internally and externally

- Proactive work approach and ability to   demonstrate   good judgement
