Senior Consultant – Transaction Services

The opportunity

Want to be at the   center   of major deals   and h elp investors make confident decisions ?

Join PwC Romania's Transaction Services team and work on high-profile deals.   You'll   help investors   make some of the most important decisions   they'll   ever face, while building a deal-making skillset that few finance professionals develop early in their careers.

What   you'll   do

- Perform financial due diligence for acquisitions   (buy-side) or   disposals   ( sell-side) .

- Analyse   financial performance,   profitability,   cash flow, working capital, debt .

- Identify   risks, opportunities, and key deal considerations .

- Prepare client-ready reports and   provide insights that help clients understand what   they're   really investing in.

- Work alongside tax, legal, valuation,   M&A   advisors   and other specialists on complex transactions.

What   we're   looking for

- 2–5 years of experience in audit, transaction services, accounting, or finance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards (IFRS is a plus).

- Excellent English and communication skills.

- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or GenAI tools is an advantage.

- ACCA student status is a plus.
